Emma Milligan is a 20 year old singer songwriter based in Edinburgh. She is known, for her pink guitar, and ukulele playing within her sets. Rooted in Emma’s song writing is storytelling, and within her music this is clear. Emma’s is mainly a acoustic singer song writer, writing music which is anything from upbeat, songs, to slightly sadder, slower tracks. She takes inspiration from many different genres, including: pop, county and folk, and influenced by artists such as Amy MacDonald, Nina Nesbitt, Lucy Spraggan and Dolly Parton.
Emma has performed in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, as a busker in 2015, and 2016, and regularly performs around the Edinburgh and the Lothians. In 2017 she released her EP, “A Long Way to Go…”, which is about growing up, and her experiences so far.
